Hi, I’m Betsy Johnson, founder of Birdseye Property Management — and a firm believer that real estate can change lives.
After spending 15 years in the corporate world, mostly in HR, I realized I wanted to help people in a more tangible, lasting way. That calling led me to real estate. My family and I personally own rental properties, and over time, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible opportunities they create — not just for financial growth, but for freedom, flexibility, and legacy. That’s why I started Birdseye: to help other families, especially those in the middle class, build generational wealth through real estate.
Birdseye is more than a business — it’s personal. I live right here in Hammock Bay, where my family enjoys an active, healthy lifestyle thanks to the walkable community and amazing amenities.
