Betsy Bio
After spending 15 years in the corporate world, mostly in HR, I realized I wanted to help people in a more tangible, lasting way. That calling led me to real estate. My family and I personally own rental properties, and over time, we’ve seen firsthand the incredible opportunities they create — not just for financial growth, but for freedom, flexibility, and legacy. That’s why I started Birdseye: to help other families, especially those in the middle class, build generational wealth through real estate.
People describe me as bubbly, helpful, and warm. I take pride in fast communication, solving problems before they grow, and treating every home I manage like it’s my own. From investors to tenants, I’m here to make the process smooth, personal, and full of heart.
When I’m not managing properties, you’ll probably find me training for an ultra marathon or chasing after my three kids. Life is busy, big, and beautiful — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Seth Bio
With over 19 years experience in all aspects of real estate, with a specialization in Property Management, I decided in 2024 to build something better. Thus, Birdseye Property Management was created. Along the way I've worked in the corporate real estate world to gain broad experience and in 2017 I earned the premier property management certification, CPM (Certified Property Manager). This certification sets us apart as the only CPM Brokerage in the Freeport area. As of June 2025, I received my Broker's license and officially became the qualifying Broker of the Birdseye companies on July 25, 2025. With this complete oversight, we are able to provide our clients a one-stop shop for full-service real estate management, investment sales and trades, buy and sell representation, market analytics, and much more. Our advantage is our relationships and experience.
